Cooltech Services and Appliances (Pty) Ltd respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

1. What we collect

your name, phone number, email, address, appliance details and photos of the appliance or fault, plus invoice and payment records.

2. Why

to quote, book, carry out and invoice repairs, honour warranties, contact you about your job, and meet tax and legal duties.

3. Who we share it with

only service providers that help us run the business (for example our booking, invoicing and messaging tools), parts suppliers where needed for your repair, and authorities when the law requires. We never sell your information.

4. Marketing

we only send offers if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Storage and retention

kept securely and only as long as needed; financial records are kept for 5 years as required by SARS.

6. Your rights

you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use.
